The flower that is appliqued and painted is the fireweed that lives naturally in Alaska, a place I visited with Steve and two friends, Bill and Kathy Howard, celebrating our 40th anniversaries.&nbsp; The flower blooms all summer and when it is done, summer is over.&nbsp; Because it was a piano bench, I felt the title needed to be a musical term.<br /></div> <hr style="width:100%;clear:both;visibility:hidden;"></hr>  <span class='imgPusher' style='float:left;height:0px'></span><span style='z-index:10;position:relative;float:left;;clear:left;margin-top:0px;*margin-top:0px'><a href='https://www.blquilter.com/uploads/3/8/0/0/3800473/1919744_orig.jpg?436' rel='lightbox' onclick='if (!lightboxLoaded) return false'><img src="https://www.blquilter.com/uploads/3/8/0/0/3800473/1919744.jpg?436" style="margin-top: 5px;
